Greenwood is a Mexican corporation and the first licensed broker in Tulum.  We offer property management,  vacation rentals, condo administration, real estate, and services.  Each member of our team has been hand picked for the special skills and experience they have.

Over the last decade, we have gained a wide network of clients. However, we prefer to keep our portfolio smaller than most and focus on quality instead of quantity.  We ensure that all of our properties are in top form and every guest is a priority.

Consider us your friends in the field.  We are happy to assist with whatever services you need. We have the experience and expertise to advise on real estate matters, pay property taxes, make changes or payments to bank trusts, or help you buy or register your car, among others.
We can advise on real estate matters, such as setting up a bank trust or corporation, and help with each step.  We work with and can recommend our preferred lawyers, notaries, translators, or other providers.

Condo Administration

For the last several years, we have managed the HOA for Los Arboles Tulum, a pioneer eco development of 221 owners.  We manage the annual budget, supervise the employees, handle all payments and expenses, monitor the security and visitor registrations, maintain the infrastructure, assist with closings, and generate the website updates and monthly newsletter, among other things.

Our Team

Ashley Hildreth
Managing Director

In 2014, Ashley opened Greenwood Property Services. She manages the daily operations, oversees the administration and client relations, and is directly involved in every aspect of the business. Ashley is a Mexican-licensed broker and agent. She speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Jhoanna Cobá Herrera
Client Services

Born and raised in Campeche, Jhoanna is proud of her Mayan and Mexican heritage. She graduated from Universidad Meso Americana in Merida with a degree in Tourism and Foreign Language. With a passion for travel and learning about new cultures, she pursued a career in the international service industry.

Wendy Pineda
Reservations Manager

Born in Acapulco, Guerrero and raised in Cancun since 1986, Wendy graduated from Universidad Tecnologica of Cancun in 2002. She began working in the hospitality industry as a customer service representative. Her love of travel led her to accept a position as guest relations manager on a cruise ship.

Angélica Eb Carrillo
Administration

Angelica was born and raised in the Yucatan, where she received her studies. She worked in the hotel industry for more than a decade as a cashier and later as head of inventory. She joined the Greenwood team about 3 years ago as administrator. She helps track expenses, supervises inventory, and does our scheduling.

Josue Dzul May
Chief of Maintenance

Josue was born and raised in Chemax, Yucatan, where he received his degree with an 8.4 score.  He was recruited to join our team 2 years ago as the head of maintenance.  Having worked 15 years for a well-known Tulum hotel chain, he brings a unique understanding of the upkeeping side of hospitality.

Jacobo Méndez Márquez
Property Maintenance

Jacobo  has been part of our maintenance team for the last couple of years, specializing in off-grid properties.  He was born in Veracruz.  He has vast experience working in the hotel industry, specifically in solar-powered small Tulum hotels.  He worked alongside Josue, our head of maintenance, for 3 years before joining our team.

Silvia Pérez Urquin
Head of Housekeeping

Silvia is originally from Chiapas.  She has been with our company for 5 years and is now our head of housekeeping.
