The house is completely private. The backyard is enclosed with a plunge pool, perfect for an afternoon swim. The upstairs balcony has amazing views of sunrise or sunset.

The neighborhood is gated, so guests must pass through a security booth before arriving to the house. We will coordinate based on your arrival time to either meet you at the house for checkin or leave the keys in a code box for you after hours.

You will need a car for this property. It is not located directly in town or near the beach. It is a gated, safe neighborhood which means there are not taxis driving by regularly. It is a short drive, but too far to walk to town or the beach.

If you have a car, you will be very happy here. The beach is a short drive from the house. Tulum town is also just a few minutes away, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops.
