Born in Acapulco, Guerrero and raised in Cancun since 1986, Wendy graduated from Universidad Tecnologica of Cancun in 2002. She began working in the hospitality industry as a customer service representative. Her love of travel led her to accept a position as guest relations manager on a cruise ship. She then moved to Canada, where she worked for 3 years and gained valuable international business skills.
Wendy has exceptional customer service skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail. She has an amazing ability to get positive, effective results in a friendly and professional manner. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
