Born and raised in Campeche, Jhoanna is proud of her Mayan and Mexican heritage. She graduated from Universidad Meso Americana in Merida with a degree in Tourism and Foreign Language. With a passion for travel and learning about new cultures, she pursued a career in the international service industry. After a year abroad in London, Jhoanna returned to Mexico and began working in a 5-star resort. She managed daily operations of over 1,000 rooms before transferring to the residential division. There she was responsible for the delivery of newly constructed homes to owners, including the walk-through inspections, follow up with architects for construction details, assistance with purchasing or shipping of home furnishings, logistics, and administration in the closing process.
With an exceptional talent for customer service and a dedication to follow-through, she has developed a career in hotel management and real estate administration.
Jhoanna speaks fluent Spanish, English, French, and conversational Italian.
