Chief of Maintenance
Josue was born and raised in Chemax, Yucatan, where he received his degree with an 8.4 score. He was recruited to join our team 2 years ago as the head of maintenance. Having worked 15 years for a well-known Tulum hotel chain, he brings a unique understanding of the upkeeping side of hospitality. For the last couple of years, he has coordinated maintenance of our properties, managed repairs and proposals, and organized supplies purchases. His extensive experience and competence make him an invaluable member of our company. Along with Spanish, his fluent Mayan language skills lend to his ability to work with local providers, negotiate reasonable prices, and procure hard-to-find parts or repairs.
