The Beachmore Tulum is an eclectic villa located in the heart of the charming town of Tulum, where locals, expats, and tourists alike share a love for relaxation, beach vibes, and all that is Mexican. Located in the quiet neighborhood of La Veleta, the home is inspired by some of the most beautiful coastal villas around the world.
The Beachmore Tulum features the Mediterranean influences of high arching doorways and windows and an all white exterior highlighting the open and relaxing energy of the almost 600 square meter property. With private ensuite bathrooms and king size beds in each of the 4 main rooms, each room has been individually decorated with new and vintage pieces sourced from the owner, Kerry Beach’s, travels, including Brooklyn, Hudson Valley, South Africa, Nicaragua, Cuba, Italy, Denmark, Spain and of course, Mexican artisans.
The pool allows guests to sit in the water on either ends’ staggered steps or exercise in the lap length of 17.9m (58 ft) that follows the lines of the home.
Guests have access to the entire property.

Great villa in the heart of La Veleta. 15 mins to the tourist/hospitality strip at the beach. Lots of local amenities and close to downtown Tulum. Very clean, spacious, A/C worked great, and property managers were responsive.
